In general, I seek to share my experience, knowledge, and expertise as broadly as I can. My services and fees are flexible depending on ability to pay, and any engagement with a client begins with a needs assessment and a mutual
My basic fee is $200 an hour, based on a mutually-agreed on contract for a set number of hours. Half of the contracted fee is due at inception, with the remainder payable on completion. Progress is assessed at the mid-point and either party may terminate then without penalty.
I don't bill by the hour, so elements like telephone access and informal check-ins to me generally expand the number of hours I spend with a client, which may often include both the individual in need and their family.
The basic fee structure is $1500 per day plus expenses. I work with organizations to determine need and outline potential packages of services, which often include a mix of presentations, smaller-group trainings, and individual consultation with key decision-makers.
Throughout my career I have been committed to serving individuals and communities that have been historically marginallized and disadvantaged because of race, ethnicity, socioeconomic class, and mental health challenges including substance use disorders. I will provide services on a reduced-cost basis, in exchange for services, or pro bono to the extent that the need exists and my schedule permits.
